Oh, most excellent! Harry's mental state is perfectly described, as well as being perfectly explained by his history of abuse by Vernon et. al. Draco is also perfectly in character, demanding and completely clueless as to what he is doing to Harry. Bumbles, as usual, couldn't care less about Harry as long as his plans aren't disturbed. I'm eagerly awaiting more.

I'm so happy that Harry is fighting against a forced mate bonding. There are so many stories that start out with him resisting, but by the 3rd chapter he's all for it! I hate that! I like some good angst for a while, then maybe let him think about it. I'm enjoying this immensely. Hope you update soon.

Thanks! Finally my question is answered! So now Harry has been abused before, that's why he is afraid of touch and contact, and I believe the helpness condition in being a mate would only strengthen/enhance the fear...as Harry is so poor, would there be any contact/bonding between Draco and him after bloodlust, then Draco would possibly find out the reason?
Actually this Draco is more realistic than others, as he is cruel, selfish and too proud to stick with...but maybe I have read too many fics about mate and bonding, as usually mate will be defined as someone that would die to protect and care and love...so Draco's action of ignoring Harry's wounds and feelings is quite hard to believe, would there be explanation?
Also it is quite astounishing that would be Snape (of all people) being the one to persuade Draco to be nicer towards Harry, and Dumbledore as well as Minerva turning a blind eye to the mistreatment from whole school, especially from Ron and Hermione...I really would love to find out how can this end with happy ending...

i fuckin' LOVE this story....i cant wait to read another chapter.....SO EXCITED
