well, I've got some ;)
1. you can let them become friends, and let Jade have an accident so that Harry can save him (hero Harry ^o^)
2. Vice versa, so that Jade can discover his magic and can go to hogwarts with Harry
3. no magic, and Jade who saves Harry from Dudley
I've also got some perverted ones, such as JadexDudley, or worse.. but let's just not go there xD

I like what you have so far. I think it's a good begining. Are you going to have Jade be a muggle and just have the story through the summer or are you going to have him go to Hogwarts with Harry?
