Aww... how devestating, can't wait for the twist of fate to occur. And it doesn't matter that the chapter is short, its well written so it makes up, it caught my attention.

So I'm at the edge of my seat wondering if 1) Draco will end up being a complete ass-hole and 2) if Hermione will ever get out of her funk... It seems like Draco's character has the makings of being capable of an affair, and honestly, I'd hate that... So far so good I mean, but I can only hope that things don't get too ugly =( So ya keep up the story (hopefully???) and I'll keep checking for any updates!!

After only reading chapter 1 and the opening paragraph of chapter 2, I can already tell this is going to be great!!.. I just had to stop and post right now before I forget. I'm not a writer , but a reader. And I love marriage law fics, never enough out there. I mean quality ones.. and This is it!... I doubt this is going to be a cliche, I really do.. It's all a matter of how it's reached or approached... (hmmm excuse my bad grammer).. Pretty much what i'm trying to say is... Your writing technique or the way you write is great, powerfull and different. Opening paragraph of Chapter 2... Routines, i loved how you conveyed that, strategically descibing each thing Hermione does, looks into her personality and how she dips back into it right after her parents death annoucement/funeral? (not sure just lots of people in that scene) Chapter 1 is great as well, Repetition of "Parents. Dead." was a good use as well, emphasised the emotion and that it was the only thing on her mind (omg i actually remembered things from adv. englsih unit that was like 2002)... tehehe... i really hope everything turns out happy for Hermion *hint* yes im a happy ending kind of person.. but if this turns out sad ( at this point i can't really tell) i'll still love it for the way it's written because you'll get a whole bunch of tears out of me.... bonus points if you could make me cry, smile and laugh all at the same time at the end... *mwuahahha* thats never happened before.. and if you do accomplish that... it means you've touched my heart.... sorry about being all of the place with this review, it's they way my mind works.. hahahah
cheers!!

I love this story!! I love the whole marriage law thing anyways, but you have put a twist on it. I like how they were sort of friends or acquaintances before and that Draco is doing it all to help Hermione come to terms with things. More please!!

Fascinating. You write a really convincing clinically depressed, self-destructive Hermione. Wow! Not a cliche. I can't wait to see what you write next.
