Oh lovely! I love this begining, a comtemplative Snape and a rational Harry, and the promise of my favourite relationship power dynamics. I love how they arn't quite evil, just practical (and practically amoral :) I also love how you portray Severus at peace with his lot (rare in fanfic) and the balance in Harry between submission and strength. Please continue!
