Oh, this fanfic is just lovely! I can't wait to see how it turns out! It's going to be exiting to see how Harry and Draco react when they see each other in their Animagus' forms for the first time! Please, please, please update soon?
Later (and you're doing a really good job btw!)

Okay, well your explanation makes sense to me. If Sirius just made Harry heir to his physical possessions but made no mention to the title. I was just thinking of the many historical romances I've read (I was obsessed for a long period of time and now I read fanfics:D) and I always got the impression that, in the case of a will being present, the person who inherited the title was the one named in the will and that blood wasn't a requirement. And so if Sirius named him as heir to the title, then blood wouldn't matter. But then if Sirius just left him physical possessions, then the title would be left to the next viable Black heir. Does that make sense? Oh well, I think I'm probably thinking about it too much. It's just sometimes my brain gets stuck on small facts and focuses on them until I work it out. I can see your explanation though, and why you'd go/you went the way you did. I'll probably still ponder it for a bit, but it's all good.
I liked this new chapter, hated the cliffie at the end. But then I hate all cliffie's, I hate getting to a point where I wonder and wonder what's going to happen next but I'm left waiting. I really hate waiting. I think I'm like Naruto with his ramen (if you don't know Naruto, this probably won't make any sense). But I wait anxiously for your next chapter and to see the animal Harry was fighting with (somehow I have the feeling that it might be animagus-Malfoy) and to see what happens next.
