First: true male and female prefects have different baths, and there might be some sort of protection on the females bath, like on the females dorm, BUT there isn't any charm keeping girls out of the males bathroom.
Second: If you realy think Hermine wouldn't be able to find out the males password, think again.
Meaning: Harry can't sneak into the feamales bathroom, but Hermine can sneak into his.
There is however the danger of some male prefect getting in, while they're at it, but honestly... would anyone dare to stop this two?
The Triwizard champion and the brightest (most dangerous) witch of hogwarts?
They would just get out and pretend to have seen nothing.

Ah... well... there is one last thing I have to say:

Again, you've done a wonderful job. Making Harry & Hermione a much more comfortable feeling from when I first read them last year. It just seemed too weird then, but your stories make it quite plausible :) I enjoy your writing, keep it up.
