Don't listen to the complainers. We all want Hermione and Severus together in the end. The fact that Severus is sleeping around, will only demonstrate, the fact that sex with someone you love, is so much more beautiful and special that sex with just anyone. Once he realizes that he wants and loves Hermione, those other women will pale in comparison.
