awww, this is so sweet. loved that last bit about Severus being disapointed in not being kissed goodnight. Seems the wall around his heart is being chipped away fastewr that he'll admit! and LOVED the blue flower pattern on the teacup!!!!

Please please please write more to your story soon, I'm just dying to know what happens next! I love that Snape is so insecure in his relations with Hermione, and equally so, I like how Hermione is agressive in her showing of affections; even if it is unwittingly due to her lack of emotional control. After all, the professor is supposed to be seduceing her, not the other way around. Wouldn't that take some effort on his part?
I would also like to make a suggestion, and like all suggestions, you can tell me to go shove it where the sun don't shine, but I'll give it anyways. I think that Hermione needs to take Severus' lack of action to the headmaster and take him to task about it. I woiuld also very much like to see a scene where Hermione makes Severus so angry/frustrated that he intimidates/shoves her up against a deserted, darkened hallway to "show her what she's messing with". And of course, Hermione being the daring young woman we all love, turns the situation into one hell of a "memory building" experiance; nothing too raunchy, just some good teasing really. As I said, you can tell me to go stick it if you like, but I thought I'd just get that off my chest.
Anyways, thankyou for listening to my rantings about your (in my opinion) superb piece of penmenship. I look forward to reading the next installment of "kiss the Serpent" and I wish you luck. I would also tell you that my E-mail is currently having difficulties, so I may not read your responce or reply for a while but I will try.

Please update! I've been waiting for months... I know you've probably have a thousand other things to do but I NEED to know how the story ends. PLEASE! Keep going.
