3. Hmm... Well you can have Hermione and Layla make love. And right before they climax they both say I love you while looking into each other's eyes. Then a brilliant light can encompass both of them. And you can then say that they were soul mates and because of how pure their love was the elements decided to bless them with Hermione's healing........Or something like that *grin*

awwww, love the group effort! that led me to a way to "heal" hermione. being a practicing witch myself, I tried something similar. For all intents and purposes it worked. My mom got a bit worse, bad enough to go to the hospital. The trip to the hospital ended up with a procedure that helped her in the last months of her life. It didn't actually save her life, BUT it helped her to have a better last few months than she would have had.

(this is why I was upset when you mentioned cancer, it is still touchy with me)

anyway, the four can do a spell or the other three can do a spell while all four are practicing and they send her healing energy from the extra elements, something her body could possibly have been lacking. or they can force the sickness out of her cells and into Albus' cells at some point, having learned they can take specific matter from one thing and place it specifically back in the same position.

Love the story so far. It's a great idea. You asked some questions in the Author's Note chapter. I don't really feel like giving any name ideas, but for the killing off part, I think that might be a little obvious. Voldemort and Dumbledore definitely, and maybe Ron if it can be arranged. Also, for the Hermione cure, if you can figure out a way to bind the four of them together to better use their powers, the combined power could flush out her system so to speak and get rid of the cancer. Well, that's about it for now accept to beg you to update more quickly. I love the storyline.

Or maybe her and Layla could perform some kind of bonding magic where she takes part of the sickness into herself and because it's split, it is at a level where it won't kill them....I don't know.....
