Very good start! Think Hermione should take him up on his offer, course she is stubborn and just as much as he is. LOL it was great what he did to Rita Skeeter. Update soon, my curiosity is peaked.

Great beginning!! What happened to Ron though? He was infatuated with Hermione, so Hermione obviously wasn't lying when some men thought she was pretty. And how come all the weirdos are after her...after all, many weirdos are after Snape (i.e. Rita Skeeter, LOL!).
