Good story so far. Entertaining and enjoyable.

Hey Asta (or whatever your name is) I suggest you go down to Knockturn Alley and purchase yourself an imagination.

First, I love your story and hope you update soon. But I think that severus should be a little prooder than that. Well, I love angst, and this situation would be perfect for it.

Wow. Amazing story. When I got done with Chapter 6, I just hung my head because that's all that's there right now. Simplely amazing. And don't listen to those mean people who put your story down. Sure it has it's mistakes but nothing an AU story can't have. While I do hope that you update soon, I understand that can't always be the case. (I haven't updated my stories in over a year;))

Be proud of your flames, its a cold winter this year ;-) Anyway, if some idiots think they need to flame this story, they should at least get their facts straight, because the International Statute of Wizarding Secrecy went into effect 1692 - meaning the wizarding and the muggle split long before your story takes place - making it perfectly believable that the wizarding wold might be quite diffrent from the muggle world. Hey, they still used whipping as a punishment when Arthur Weasley attended Hogwarts, and that was 20th century! That much about that.
I think you managed to keep them both as much in character as it is possible in this setting, and you are the first. There was only one story with Severus as submissive I read that managed that, and that was "Wrapped around her fingers", with Hermione as dom. I hope you can keep it up, because I know it is not easy, and it's one reason why I enjoy your story very much. Perhaps you should describe a bit more why Severus is submitting so easily - I know you already did that, but peoples memory is short. Also, Harrys enjoyment of controlling Severus is very human... can you tell us a bit more about their relationship before they were thrown back in time? Did Severus kill Dumbledore? Why did they work together?
I guess Wulfrics slave tattled about Severus having magic. I hope you update soon!

I really don't know how some writers continue to put out their work, thinking they worked really hard on it, so we could enjoy it, then get something like that thrown at them????

That reviewer was clearly an idiot--I'm from the Uk & to be honest I wouldnt have given a damn either way--wether this was an AU or not--fanfiction this good shouldnt be limited ^_^

The only thing I would object to so far is the shower--er, 19th centuary showering? I think not. Otherwise ^_^ brilliant. I hope you update again soon!

Update as frequently as you can. Your more frequent then I usually are with my fic. so I wouldn't worry about it. I usually come check in on the snap/harry section once a week or when I get bored. I'm usually in the harry/draco section :-P So, heads up! I'm comming over here just for your fic :-)

If there is anyone that will tell the world snape has magic, it has to be the shopkeeper.
He will probably sell alot more then normal, just to the people comming in to hear the rumor from the sorce. that is insentive. I'm putting my money on the shopkeeper.

Hey Taran. I had been holding off on reviewing this fic for a while because in truth, I didn't think my views would be of any help to you. However, in light of what happened, I would like to say that I certainly am enjoying this story. Don't let people get to you. After all, you never stated that it would be historically accurate, thus why it is AU, where ANYTHING can and likely WILL happen. But as others have said as much, I'll move on.

I was also one wondering about the shower, but hey, wizards...magic...ring a bell? Who's to say that wizards didn't invent showers before muggles got indoor plumbing? You really do know how to keep me on the edge of my seat however with the suggestion that Severus being a slave with magic might...mean something disasterous? And what of Wulfric's slave? Or Lucius' ancestor--that's the thing that's really gripping me.

I am one that would love you to update and update FAST but take your time. Personally, this story is worth the wait. Just be sure to keep writing as YOU want, it is YOUR story after all, we're only reading it because we love to. Anyone else can take a flying leap into the nearest lake. Keep it up, all right? I'll check back again later, and rather frequently too.
