I think that this was a good start to your story. I think that it would help it a lot to give some background information (or flashbacks) to why Snape likes Harry and maybe how Harry came to be infected. THat would really help to silidify your stories base. Otherwise I think this story would still be one worth reading. Good job!

Interesting idea, but, a beta would really help; you're missing words, lost punctuation to denote when a speaker stopped speaking, etc.
