I *REALLY* dislike this fic. Harry gets EVERYTHING. Even though he never actually learns his lessons or changes, he gets his boyfriend back and the approval he was so shamelessly panting for. And Draco? He's still second to public opinion - Harry admitted it to himself before leaving the hall "if I don't go after him THEY'LL never forgive me" and once he saw him, to Draco "Hogwarts would hunt me down"... he didn't try to make up because of his feelings for Draco, nor agree to an open relationship because of genuinely learning his lesson. No, he did it because others told him to, and threatened leaving him, and their abandonment meant more than Draco's.
