Chatty: No Draco isn't trying to rape Hermione actually. Getting her to feel desire for him, to want him and to say yes to him is part of his revenge. Then he plans to berate her and humiliate her, let her know she'd been fooled and used after she'd given up her most precious gift to him. Very cruel act. Rape would probably be kinder.

I think that as Draco will certainly not go to Azkaban, Snape and Hermione should take a good revenge on him. Maybe make him take a bottle of lust potion, or something more twisted, I let you think of it, I'm sure you will find something.
