Ohhhh, man! That is some good squick! I can't stop thinking about it.
SO horribly humiliating, SO dirty and yet SO oddly fascinating!
Despite the obvious smell and mess (but the magic can combat that), there's just something about the utter loss of control of physical reactions/functions that's very arousing. I'm sick and twisted, I know, I made peace with that long ago....

OH MY GOD, Draco crapping and farting had me in stiches. I had tears rolling down my face i was laughing so much...come on we all know how Draco feels, cos we have all had the runs...Oh how mortifying.
