Good Story. Would LOVE to see a POV from Snape's side just so we could see how this all began and what Severus was feeling throughout this whole ordeal.

While a very intersting look at abusive relationships, I do not feel that the characters actually *are* Sirius and Severus. They could be any two characters and just incidentally have those names. This story is very short, so there is not a lot of room for character development. However, in order for your story to have any sort of impact, you need character motivation. The description in your last paragraph should be heartbreaking, but it isn\'t because I feel nothing for the characters. You can give the reader more by making those motivations clear, be it through flashbacks, internal monologues, dialogue etc.
