Yay..Harry is rescued. But I think Crucio is to light a punishment for rapers and would be rapers.

Hmmm....I don't know what to think about this story. I do like the idea of James being alive and all, but the way he has come back in the 'real' world and the reactions of other people....It's just a bit to OOC. Especially Harry, the boy just found out that the woman he always thought of as his mother, is not his mother and that Snape is his father. I would expect more shock on his part, a lot more shock and anger.
Take the time to write a chapter and give your characters more emotions becoming of the situation.

ok.. well you have a great idea going. But everyone is SO out of character. Harry would FREAK if he found out his dad was alive or Sev was his dad. HE WOULD not be HAPPY to know Sev was his dad. If Lusius saw James a live he would NOT just ask, how are you here? And I doubt James would just say it's a long story. You made it like everything's hunkydory and nothing really matters. And while I could see the Dursleys hurting Harry they would never admit they do it to Strangers. And they'd be VERY pissed that someone was in their house. Furthermore if two men can have a baby in this world I DOUBT people would be Homophobic so I SERIOUSLY doubt his friends would leave him. You could have them be uncomfterble with him but they wouldn't call him names! You didn't explain how Harry saved Sirus as they all said he was dead. And I'm sory but you need to do better with the everyone's friends they just pretended not to be. That doesn't even beggin to make since. Snape and ALL the Mafoy's ARE Slytherin, their for they ARE manpulative and they look out for their well being first most of the time. It does not mean they have to be evil though. So really I guess all your problems in this story would be fixed if you kept the characters in charcter as people don't change over night.
I'd like to end with that I DO really like the idea of your story it's a very good Idea and you do explain some of it like how James was alive, that did make since. Please don't take this as a flame as it's not, it's critizing it in hopes to make it better. I hope this helps.

Voldermort never told anyone including Lucius that he had James at his manor? Very smart, probably knew that someone would have tried to rescue him. It surprises me that James recoverd so quickly after 16 years as a prisoner. I actually love that Harry gets his father back. Draco seems so supportive and in love with Harry. I hope that Ron and Hermione get what's coming to them for abandoning Harry. I'm enjoying your story, can't wait for the next chapter.
