I like how you maintain the tone of the original books, you have definitly mastered the J.K. style of writing and I love the oringinal concept of your story, home-ec at hogwarts, how delightful. It was also nice to see Dumbledore he dosen't show up often enough in these stories. I hope you update soon.

Ch 1-4 Nice build up. You took your time and didn't rush things. It makes the story easier to understand and gave some amusing background...loved Narcissa here....Can't wait for the next chapter or two.

A bit of critism: when you do memories or "past" between "now", can you maybe to it in Italic, because its really hard to understand when the memory begun and when it ended.
