I enjoyed your story. I usually don't finish stories written with original main characters, but I was captivated from the beginning with your great characterization of Snape, Voldie and Lucius. You write beautifully. I did like the ending; I cried. Bravo!

Oh my God...

That was incredible. It was both terribly sad and amazingly happy at the same time. Oh how I do wish I knew what poor Draco would go through...He so cared for her.

What was that potion? Something that made her just run herself to death? And did Snape merely tell Draco to ride her because it would be the last time he could; the last fun he would ever truly have?

This story had me sobbing, laughing, cringing, gasping and on the edge of my seat all through it. You truly are an amazing author.

Great story! I thought the ending was very good. Compared to what was going to await her if she had lived, there is no doubt this was the best ending for her!

What a beautiful ending, made your heart fly with Miranda. Poor Draco, as if he didn't have enough issues. I loved your description of Snape though, as a broken black mirror, great imagery springs to mind there. All in all a wonderful piece of fanFiction. Thank you so much for sharing it.

I normally am a huge fan of your Mafia stories and didn't even know you wrote HP fanfic. This one is really good, I like the hidden regret of Snape and his one desprate attempt to prevent Voldy from using and breaking her the way he was used and broken. Of course it had Furio and the Mafia in it, which was nice as well. You are one of the few authors I have read who can really write brutal, stark and graphic stuff and yet make it blend without seeming to overwhelming. I know some reviewers found the ending to this story depressing but actually I didn't. I think that had Voldy forced her to be a deatheater she woud have ended up what she wanted to do in Snapes house that day, kill herself. As someone else said, the deatheaters are like the Mafia, you don't just unjoin. Had she been turned loose, Voldy and crrew would have hunted her down and whacked her like they did Karkaroff and others. Keep up the great stories, you are really good!

I think it's a brilliant story! The characters Snape, Voldemort, etc. Seem really in character. No sugar coating. It's a sad story yes, but I can see exactly why Snape did what he did. One doesn't just unjoin the death eaters and get away with it. Really nice spot on characterizations, I love it. As one other person said it is rather brutal but then I don't think the DE's are supposed to be nice folks either. They are portayed with a chilling reality.

I admit that I expected a full happy-end, but this was one stunning because I never thought it's come. You have an amazing talent at using language, and this very last chapter moved me very much because it was dark, hopeless and yet bright at the same time. I'm a bit sad it's over by now, but I'm very glad you shared this wonderful, beautiful, and above everything else brilliantly written story with us! Thank you and congratulations on it - I can't say that often enough... I bow in front of you! :)

It really is a complete mystery to me why this story has so few reviews. I've hardly ever read something that dark and sad before, but your style makes it pleasantly to read even when the plot is desperately sinister and terrible. I really bow in front of you because this is one of the best stories I've ever come to read. There are many books available in shops today that lack your excellent style, the brilliant plot and the gift to describe characters the way you do (especially Voldemort, Lucius and Snape are really well done in my opinion). You write about what Rowling doesn't and will never do: the possible truth behind it all, which is way too terrible to actually put in into a children's book series. I'm amazed! :)
