Lovely. It was interesting to have Hermione take the role of the pursuer. Being older and more mature, plus a Gryffindor, that characterization worked rather well. And grouchy, mistrustful Severus is always my favourite. Nice work!

I really tried to read this story but I couldn't get past chapter two without wantin to bust Hermione in the mouth. Others might think its fine she is aggressive when it comes to her wanting Severus but to me she came off as very annoying.

This has to be one of the best HG/SS fics out there. Passionate with out being trashy and crafted so well that you didn't need to use a proliferation of four letter words. Excellent! well written and paced. Love the whole idea of two opposites attracting and the way that Hermione's dogged pursuit is so typical of the character we all know and love. Who'd have thought Snape was capable of submitting to his fears? He seems a whole lot more real now that I know he has the whole gamut of emotion , not just the ones we are familiar with from the Hp series. Love it V
