OK! I've just caught up with the last three chapters (It's amazing what a few days will do to make you behind!
There's something about this story that is just wonderful and unexplainable.
I can't wait for more.

Well, with Severus having now equal possession of all Potter's assets too the relationship should get balanced! Because if the wedding contract makes him Potter's property he has just gotten his own independence back. And is so to speak being now "his own man" again!
Good move from Harry and the only one possible if he wants to keep Severus. Because for an IC Snape based on JKRs portrayal, for such a very proud man who values control over himself above anything else the only realistic reactions to such a total loss of freedom and dignity could be imo flight (even into the muggle-world) or suicide - and that would make for a very short and tragic story...
Which is a relief to me and of course a base for a healthy relationship instead of a coerced one violating one's dignity and basic human rights, however much the other partner might try to prettiefy that nasty fact. It should also make for a much more in character Severus (since blushing, shy, submissive Severus is about as far from canon as Bellatrix and Neville falling in love and visiting his, tortured into insanity by her, parents on sundays!) who can now be as snarky, sarcastic, domineering and impatient with stupidity as we all love him from the books. ^_^
