Wooo! *reviewer fans herself* some hot stuff right there. McGonagall is annoying the hell out of me, preventing any lemons from happening! I think she should accidentaly walk in on them (I thought you would have her do so earlier) and that might shut her up.

If there are any men reading this fic, looking for pointers on how to give a woman pleasure, don't try this teasing game that Severus plays with Hermione. All you'll end up with is a furious, frustrated woman and perhaps your 'nads hexed off if she happens to be a witch for real. Girls, you can tease a man like that, and he'll probably like it as long as you finally do what needs to be done. But when a woman is balked that close to climax, it has a chilling, need-to-start-all-over-again effect that makes the woman feel cheated and rejected. I am not fooling about this, and it makes me shake my head in sorrow everytime I see this 'pleasuring technique' included in a story. DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME... Or in the backseat of your car, or at the No-Tell Motel, or wherever you're trysting. You'll regret it down the road, even if she smiles and pretends it's okay - the first time you do it. Keep doing this enough and she'll either leave you for someone less stupid and cruel, or she'll slip arsenic in your tea some fine day and you'll never do it again

I loved this story, in spite of the tone of my previous posting. Lemons are always lovely in fanfic, but I really do cringe whenever Unwise Practices are included in a story. It's a bit like Rape Fantasy. Anyone who acts out such a fantasy had better be damned clear in advance with his/her partner that 'fantasy' is what it is, and exactly what is okay and what isn't. Otherwise, it's a roadmap to disaster. I don't know whether or not the sexually inexperienced read fics like these for research, but I hope they have the sense to understand the difference between fanfic fantasy and actual Things It Might Be Okay To Do With A Partner.
