i have been online checking every day for an update. i am so glad that today was the day. i have read a lot of fictions in many fandoms for the past five years and this one ranks in my top three of all time. i mean it is just so incredibly perfect. the dialogue, both internal, which you have managed to make frantic and so realistic. to the speaking bits that are so pure i can hear them uttering those words.
each line, each transition is part of such a painful journey i just feel exhausted when i am done. i recently had a reviewer tell me that they were sorry that the marker that tells how much was left in the pager went further and further down as one of my fics was ending. it was the highest compliment i have recieved and i wish to bestow it on you. not only am i stalking this fic i get so upset when each part ends.
where you plan on taking these two, whether they end up together or not i cannot wait to find out. i do hope that together is where it's meant to be, that somehow they can mend what's broken in both, but i trust you. trust that where you take them is where they need to be. i am glad you have an lj and i will post there soon. also, the very fine line of violence you walk is so well done. not over the top but thrilling in at its core.
please, for my sanity update soon!!

OH...MY...GOD! What a way to end the chapter! You're an absolute genius at this! They were so...so...so close and of all things - Draco had to develop a conscience...*sighs*. I'm almost speechless, don't know how to express myself about what I think about this chapter. It was HOT, wild and frantic. I love it! Draco and Hermione are both completely confused and messed up, but wonderfully so.
I read your entry in the livejournal. I agree that you shouldn't go back to change the way you write, confusing or not! Personally, I like the way your words flow. It is realistic and it gives a wonderful insight to the characters' thoughts. Formalising it would make it very different, and I don't think it will be for the better. So I say, keep writing the way you've been doing. I love it and I think a lot of other people do as well!

This is, without a doubt, one of the best Draco/Hermione fics I've ever read in my entire life. I was iffy about reading this fic, I'll admit, but after the first chapter I kept on reading. It took me well over 2 hours to finish the entire 8 chapters, but it was so worth it. Usually I don't like reading the kind of writing style that you use - but the plot is just so good that it just fits. Keep up the wonderful work and I can't wait to read the next chapter!

hey, i just read your livejournal post. normally i dont like to review or whatever because i mean, who the hell am i to comment on someone elses creative work. but i've already posted reviews twice and here i am again, about to indulge in a huge ass rant (and i really meany huge ass rant) about how much i love this. im so fucking involved in this story its not even funny! i dont know how many hours of studying i shrugged off to read this over and over again haha.
i feel badly that you are stressed and doubting. im sure with all of us raving and begging for updates the pressure is really on hehe. but like i've said before, whatever instincts and genius you're working off of for this seem spot on and its fucking fantastic. i love your writing style. very phenomenological. readers get direct insight to the racing thoughts and feelings and it makes the whole thing incredibly intense and electric. i love the jumble. i feel like im holding my breath whenever i read, waiting for whatever will happen next. as far as you highlighting harry and hermione more than hermione and ron, i think it adds to the tension in the story and i love how you are using this dimension to approach the harry/draco interactions. you really take it to the next level, as far as showing what exactly it is thats between harry and draco. the hate there is deep and its a really interesting relationship to think about.
i love how you write draco. the points of conflict for him really make sense, at least to me, when put in the context of his character and history. hermione too. you're a fucking pro at fleshing out the complexities of a situation like this. i loved it in this recent chapter how they both had different solutions to the problem, based on fundamental parts of who they are as people, which ultimately clash. and i like how its not just one giving in to the other. they're both forcing the other to confront parts of themselves they dont completely understand yet. i think part of what makes this story so amazing to me is that your writing really illustrates the potential and possibility of this pairing. at first when i thought about draco and hermione i had a hard time understanding how that could work, but you've definitely changed my mind haha. the dark edginess of this is addicting. the warring, the conflict, the give and take, the needing, the longing, this story is a hell of a read and my hat is off to you. fucking brilliant.
