Awww, I remember this. And it's just as good on rereading as it was originally. Hmm, nitpick: I think canon!Hermione would not say "hook up" as this is an Americanism; perhaps you could use 'get together' or something like that? I love the flower behid her ear, though. This was so, so so PERFECT.
