I love your story! The way you do not rush into your plot hooks me more and more and has me definitely waiting for the next chapters to see how their unfolds. It's very rare to read a Draco/Hermione fanfic that takes it sweet time. The tone and the pace of your story actually reminds of those romantic comedy-dramas in the 70s and 80s where the leads banter with each other and not jump at each other's bones at the very first chance that they get.

One thing that also hooked me into your story was your incorporation of various literary works (Draco really seems to be the type to gravitate towards some of the books that you mentioned). As a literature major I had the grandest time naming where you got your references. Thank you thank you for quoting Neruda in your first chapter, that poem makes me cry every time I read it. Although to be honest, I still haven't finished Unbearable Lightness of Being, which you also mentioned. It's not fun when your trying to analyse it.

I've recently discovered the beauty of Neruda's love poems and I was so excited when I saw it being referenced -- in a HP fanfic no less! Although my spanish is a little lacking, they're so beautiful to read aloud. :) Anyhoo, I adore the many references to literature and I've copied a few of them down to read in the future. I'm not a literature junkie, but I loved the quotes you referenced so now I have to read the books. The fic itself is wonderfully well-written, a tribute to the trait I love most about Hermione and Draco: their brilliance. Besides the obvious "opposites attract" I have always loved the Her/D shipping because they'd simply inspire each other intellectually... which is why I'll probably shudder if J.K. Rowling puts Ron and Hermione together. >_<

Anyways, I looove it so far! Although I must admit I do enjoy my share of smut, I love the moments when Her/D are together bantering over books. :o) Looking forward to the next chapter!

I must say that this story has to be the best Hermione/Draco fic ever...well along with Pansy's Volcano. But wow!!!

I have never taken the time to review the numerous stories that I have read since I'm a consummate lurker but i just had to stop and give you your props, if only to encourgae you to write more.

I've never had anyone write Draco the way I see him in my mind's eye so perfectly. I'm sure everyone has their idea of a perfect Draco but you just enabled me to read about mine. Thank you! Your Draco is the absolute best. Suave, well-read, a wicked sense of humor...i could go on and on! Once again thank you and keep up the good work.

Hmm, just finished reading all 4 chapters, and I must say
that I am definitely intrigued. The way you write is very intelligent
and has a unique air of sophistication. =) It's refreshing
to read, mostly because the fics I've been reading lately have been
all about sex, haha, so this is actually quite a lovely change.
Great work, keep it up, I can't wait to read more! ^_^

ive just read tin angel and so far, it is fantastic. i love the banter between hermione and draco, and all of your book/movie references. some of them, i dont get because i havent read/seen it, but i enjoy it anyhow. i'll be waiting for an update!
