That was really gross. I've been reading the rest of the story, and for the most part, I like it. (it doesn't follow canon and an AU note would be a good thing to put in the summary for those expecting a story to follow the books). But this really was too much. This fic is otherwise a pretty light-hearted erotica with plot, but the cruelty/torture you just described in the last chapter does not fit in with the overall theme. There is nothing remotely funny about a man being raped in jail and no one "deserves" it. If it had been a woman, would you have written a scene like that? I think only if you were writing a dark and disturbing fic. Not this one. I don't want to tell you how to write or what to write, but I can only reiterate that I don't think this last chapter belongs with the story. It doesn't fit and is on the offensive side.

This is the last comment I will write on the rape scene. It may be offensive, but Lucius is offensive, he sexually brutalizes his wife, he'd sexually brutalize Hermione if he could, he's sexually brutalized, raped, tortured and murdered countless innocent people, and never paid for any of it, plus avoided justice for years. In most cases no one deserves to be raped, and I might just have a twisted "eye for an eye" sense of justice, but I think rapists, sexual abusers child abusers deserve some of their own medicine. Lucius was always on the giving end, and had NO remorse about it. Finally he found out what it was to be on the receiving end. The chapter stays.
