Thanks for the complimentary piece to "What Was I Thinking" universe, giving some insight to Severus' psyche when he was a young death eater.

The kiss at the mouth towards the end is a nice addition: he probably still has a bit of heart despite the darkness, not to mention towards a young, virginal, brown hair, (somewhat) accepting, 19-year-old witch. Maybe a tad too much coincidence / foreshadowing...

I'd love to see a similar side story for "What Was I Thinking", elaborating more on how Hermione gets attracted to Severus, especially knowing his dark tendency explicitly. What spurns her on?

haha. that was good. i think it would have been fun to see Snape take on both sisters, but Malfoy is always entertaining, too. good story.

Finally, a portrayal of Severus that is dead-on, well done! Just the right amount of darkness, with a glimpse of his redeeming qualities under the surface. So many fics have the cringe factor, where Severus breaks character by turning kissy-face and using terms of endearment, eewww. Now I can really envision what he must have been like as a young deatheater. What a bonus to see Lucius so skillfully brought to life as well. Thank you for making my favorite characters live and breathe. Yowza!

One of the few things I am truly picky about in fanfiction is that authors should use the 'canon' names of the characters when given. Albus Dumbledore's brothers name is AberFORTH not AberNATH. Aside from that, I absolutely love your stories.

I enjoyed the story very much, as much as all your stories. They are really hot.

I just read this in one-shot - great job, Figgy!! Too bad Severus didn't Obliviate ol' Abernath the pervert, who should've at LEAST given Severus a free room rental! I feel a bit bad for Eve, being a stepchild to Dawn's father, child of a Muggle father - sounds like her mother had an affair or something. Thanks for posting!!
