Thanks for the review of my own fic. Came for a visit, stayed for the sexy prose! Don't worry about the English Teacher stylings in the review....that's exactly what I was hoping for. As for Harry/Draco pairings...why do we luv em so? They're almost archetypal, even in the books, shades of Lord Of The Flies. Ralph is honest and down to earth, but terribly attracted to the dangerous side of Jack. In any pairing like that theres a tension that almost surpasses sexuality. We all just find ourselves playing it out in our minds after the books and movies, it's only a short leap to expressing it here at AFF. For me it runs just a shade more personal, I have a string of bitchy, weepy, needy, gorgeous, blond and flamingly queer ex-boyfriends. Talk about love / hate. The fic Im writing is just an expression of the way I felt about those wonderful times when we first made a connection. Granted I was rarely drunk, but for some reason my humility and bluntness always made ice queens melt right into their socks. Then of course there would endless amounts of shagging like bunnies on Viagra. Bravo to you for the excellent prose....a little sacrilege always warms my cockles (ex catholic here), it really flows with liquid grace, almost not a story so much as a long poem. Very much the style I usually work in, short prose instead of the story format Im trying to learn now. 5 Happy stars to you! Samayel
