Hey! I like your hair brain ideas! I like them so much, in fact, I keep coming back for more! *wink, wink* ...Seriously speaking, though, I think this must be said: as you so aptly mentioned, originality is overrated. In this time and age, I don\'t truly believe anybody can come up with a genuinely \"original\" idea. Especially where literature is concerned. Literary critics, nowdays, argue that every \"new\" literature...Heck, any literature, is nothing but a re-writing of previously written stories. Then what\'s the purpose of writing, one would ask. Well, according to criticism (and I must say I agree with it), what makes a written work both creative *and* innovative, is not /what/ it says, but /how/ it says it. What James would call \"a turn of the screw\", if you would have it. That being said, here I\'ll respectfully disagree with previous comments on \"Guilty as Sin\" being very similar (or even similar) to \"Indago\" (and I truly believe they are both fantastic stories on their own right, so I\'ll not fall in the trap of saying which I like the best, since they both work on completely different ways). As far as general arguments go, yes, they do share the same premise: wizards who are magical creatures, whose spieces are socially organized in a hierarchical structure of Dominant/submisive couples (triads, foursomes, harems, etc) where their character traits are strongly influenced by this organization, and whose submissive males (if there even are females) are capable of bearing young (after all, mpreg becomes a necessity if we\'re talking of biologically determined same-sex couples). But that\'s it. As far as similarities go, these are the ones shared by \"GaS\" and \"Indago\". No more, no less. And I think it would be more interesting to talk about what makes both stories so different (yet so addictive), than returning time and time again to the fact that they begin at the same starting-line. The story you spin out of this shared premise goes down a completely different track than that of \"Indago\". Your decisions on how characters behave, what decisions they take, and why they do so are as dissimilar from the other as the sun and the moon. The sheer \"animality\" of Snape, Harry and Draco in \"GaS\", for example, is outstanding, and even more when you make them fit so seamlessly (in appearance) into the tapestry of Hogwarts society. This introduces such a level of tension in your story that it keeps the reader on tenterhooks about what\'s going to happen next. I also find it incredible that despite the brutality and, once again, apparent, lack of morals of your Unforgiven (so far, I have not seen any of our three Unforgiven acting violently without provocation or beyond what their nature requires of them), you yet managed to create characters for which we, as readers, can feel a level of empathy (and sympathy) despite their actions--and that\'s no mean feat. These are all characteristics (very, very important ones), that \"Indago\" does not posses, and that make \"GaS\" such a memorable and unique reading. Finally, I hope you take the time to read \"Indago\" because as the writer of \"GaS\" I believe you\'ll have an insight to the workings of it that none of us will have, and that this insight will only add to your enjoyment of the story. I also hope that the writer of \"Indago\" can someday read \"GaS\" for the same reasons. In the black hole of fandom, where cliche is \"our daily bread\", you have made a valuable contribution, and, whatever happens, do never forget that. ...And now back to our scheduled programme... ^_^

Very great chapter. I liked it and nope never saw it coming. But I did like the little display Snape gave the stranger when he touched Harry and how Snape handled the Butt-Groper. Can\'T wait to read the next update. Great job!
