dumbledore getting the hots for odessa hey? interesting to see how this will affect the patriarch of the wizarding world. (reducing him to a steaming puddle of hormones certainly would be a literary challenge!)
for some inexplicable reason, i really want odessa to succeed (just a teensy-tiny bit) before being horribly shot down in flames. -maybe a stolen kiss? using polyjuice to be hermoine? ah...the possibilities.

This Odessa may be beautiful but there has to be something else about her that is causing all the males to react to her. Either hormones, pheramones, a potion or a combination of all three. Perhaps even a spell/curse that was cast on her without her knowledge when she was younger. If even Albus is getting wood over her and no other male can resist her, then she\'ll get exactly what she wants with little effort, no matter how devoted and disciplined Sev is....

Although I love your story so far, as I love all your stories, your constant readers are a bit unclear as to why this beautiful woman stalks, seeks and loves Snape from afar. He doesn\'t have any reputation for charm, tenderness, etc. He\'s no Lockhart.

Let us not forget canon here. Snape is not physically beautiful, unless you get to know him and overlook several faults, as Hermione has done. I would be more willing to be enthused about stories where wizards (and not just Marcus) vie for the young and brilliant Hermione, rather than beautiful witches lusting after Severus.

If your story is already plotted, however, I\'m willing to overlook my objections in lieu of satisfactory lemons, smut, etc. Maybe Odessa could end up with Marcus. Or Filch!!!! Hey, we\'ve not seen any stories about squibs--------(aarrgghhhhh!@!!! choking!!!!!!Help me, somebody!!!!!....mmmmpphhhhhh.....Never mind...........Carry on, Ms. Figg!!!!!!)

ANON: Wasn\'t sure about lions purring. Went to Discovery and Learning Site (www.zoo.org.au/education/faqdocs/mammal/lion_purr.htm) and found this answer:
