Ch 5 - great characterizations! Both Marcus and Severus aren\'t willing to \"play nice\" very nicely. Hmm, would it kill Severus to make a copy of Hermione\'s copy of the book.... or show the book to Marcus... before Hermione wakes up to get all indignant. I wonder if the Hogwarts ghosts will detect this new thingie. And how will Pomfrey respond to scads of students, all getting sick because the thingie is squeezing their lungs, etc. Looking forward to those journal entries, and more Severus-Marcus interaction!

i really love this story..im kind of wondering about Hermione though. once again, she doesn\'t seem to be really thinking straight. I mean, you find a book bound in human flesh and you\'re not the least bit repulsed? or worried what it might contain? you\'d think after her experiences with dark magic at Hogwarts, she\'d be a bit more hesitant in unleashing something before she knew what it was...she could end up getting someone killed. she may be a powerful witch, but there is always someone more powerful out there.

I\'m writing this after reading Chapter 1. OH MY GOODNESS! You have got me hooked and I am so glad to be able to type this. I have spent a couple of boring days without your brilliant writing. (The long one shot was just not enough for me...I needed a whole story to look forward to. Thank you thank you thank you for starting a new one. Now I\'m off to read chapter 2.

Freaking Fantastic!!! Yes! Marcus and Severus and Hermione! I can\'t wait for the fireworks! I was really disgusted with Marcus when he was sniffing after Hermione but as a character, I love him! I\'m so glad to see his re-emergence in the story. Hurrah!

Ch 1 - great start!! Poor Severus, the change to married sex is definitely a change, but that\'s how it goes. I\'m guessing the ghost is male, but can\'t guess if that\'s his wife\'s blood or victim\'s blood (and flesh.... ewww). Hmm, wouldn\'t it be interesting if Marcus the part-dragon could be of help with the ghost and/or book. (I can\'t help it! I still like your Marcus!) Or if the other ghosts - like Binns - can detect something strange abut the book. More, more!
