=) YAY! They\'re together again!

I just found this story (I\'ve been very behind on my reading) and I have to tell you that it is absolutely adorable! Draco is very endearing. A perfect blend of snark, wit, elegance, and the heart of gold that lies buried somewhere beneath all of it. Sigh...

Your plotline is cute too, and very effective. Have you ever read Jennavere\'s \"The Veela Enigma?\" It\'s on Skyhawke. Anyhow, it is one of my favorites, and this story reminds me of it in a lot of wonderful ways, although your plot devices are entirely unique. You should read it if you haven\'t- it\'s wonderful, and as a fellow Draco afficionado, I\'m sure you\'d enjoy it.

Anyhow, back to YOUR story.

I giggled when Hermione recounted Draco and Ron\'s battle to donate their energy. It\'s just SO on for the two of them. I really liked the way that you handled Ron and Hermione\'s discovery of the relationship. Yes, there was tension and an adjustment period, but they dealt with it in the manner I would expect from Harry\'s two closest friends, and went on to get over their own issues and focus on what was important- being there for Harry. Or, in Hermione\'s case, helping Draco with what they THOUGHT would keep Harry safe. Well done. I thought it was spot on.

I do have a soft spot for Lucius, so I very much enjoyed his appearance. Though I doubt JKR\'s Lucius would be so helpful and accepting, I very much enjoy the way you wrote him, and for the purposes of your fic, I thought it was perfect. It never works as well when writers work in too many obstacles- curses, Pansy, evil Lucius, Voldemort, Death Eaters, etc. It just winds up detracting from the main tension of the piece, and I thought that your story arch worked quite well the way you handled it. Plus I just like the idea of a Lucius that I can get on board with :) *insert suggestive eyebrow waggling*

I\'ll definitely be watching this story from now on, though I don\'t know how much farther you\'re planning on taking it. Consider me won over! Nice writing!

Oh I can\'t wait for chapter 21! They are back together! Yippie! And Hermione and Draco seem to be getting along great.
