Ch 11 - Marcus and Severus plotting? You\'re forgetting someone - \"Then her horns came out. She could be a vindictive little witch when she wanted to be.\" Hermione can indeed be vindictive (see Rita Skeeter - trapped in a jar, Dolores Umbridge - sent to centaurs, Marietta Edgecombe - \'sneak\' written on her face), so I think Hermione could end up plotting something herself. Maybe she might think about \"using\" Marcus to show Severus that she can live without Severus. I wouldn\'t put it past her! And congrats on getting your first fanart - it looks wonderful, thanks to your inspirational characters!

WOW, I realy love this fic so far. Poor Hermione:( I hope you update ASAP, I realy want to know what happens next in this story. :D

I can not believe you did that....It was powerful and wonderful of Hermione. That is the Hermione she really is underneath her love and obsession for Severus. What a strong girl she is to do that. I am so happy Severus was devistated. Good...and a nice touch her rubbing Marcus in his face. WOW. I am oh-so-anxious now...but I can\'t read agian until monday....maybe I will have multiple chapters by then? Powerful stuff Ms_Figg.

I have loved all of the stories in this universe. I eat up each chapter as soon as it\'s posted. And after this story ends, I hope you do yet another sequel.

Marcus strikes me a someone who could easily become another Dark Lord if he put his mind to it. I wonder where he was during all the struggle and strife with Voldemort. What role, if any, did he play in the war? It\'s easy for him to sit there and think he is undefeatable when he didn\'t have to fight a Dark Lord and Deatheaters at every turn. I hope Snape can take his arrogance down a notch or three.

Strong as she may be, I stil don\'t think Hermione fully comprehends the danger she is in from Marcus. He doesn\'t simply want her sexually, he\'s bordering on obsessed, willing to do anything to get what he wants. And Marcus is manipulative so, while she is thinking that he is being nice, in her anger at Severus, she will miss all the warning signs until it is too late. The idea of her being alone with him outside the castle is creepy. Cooling it with Severus for awhile is a good idea to stop the beginning cycle of abuse. But I think her decision to instantly break up with Severus and start dating Marcus, as a \"friend\" or not, is not the most intelligent thing to do. People always seem to make bad relationship decisions on the rebound or when their angry at a significant other and by time she realizes her mistake, it might be too late.

Wow! I was waiting all day to get home from work to read this and I was not disappointed. Go Hermione! And hope Severus can get his act together, but not before Marcus takes Hermione dancing ;)

Ch 10 - (feels woozy) whoa, that was a tough talk! He better start planning a first date. He already knows - from the day Draco tried to kill them - that she likes romantic picnics, window-shopping, that music station, and picking flowers, so he has info to start with. Go, Snape!

Well, that made me cry. Can\'t wait to see what happens next!
