Absolutely perfect... there is something more gratifying in hands on combat, not to mention that it takes real skill. I am dying for more and I am hoping you will have a couple more chapters up before I go to bed. This is a ray of light in my dark and otherwise gloomy world!

I had to smirk when you wrote about Hermione thinking of going to see Severus right away but then deciding to wait...hahahaha imagine if she found him sleeping instead of languishing after her.
Oh dear, That Marcus just doesn\'t know when to quit...he is a poor loser. I hope to heck that Hermione talks to Severus and fills him in before she goes with Marcus. Surely Severus wouldn\'t be fool and just let them go alone. A nice disillusion...notice-me-not spell whatever would be in keeping. Perhaps Severus should mention she might wish to wear her special jewellry as well. Ahhh, the possibilities.
Ms Figg, I haven\'t mentioned lately how very much I enjoy your writing. It is addicting and I really hope you have another in mind when this one finishes.

I wonder why Severus didn\'t just put the memory of his meeting w/ Marcus in a pensieve and let Hermione see it? Ah but that would have spoiled all the fun!

Can I just say that Severus\' outpouring of affection was one of the most romantic things I\'ve ever read? It\'s right up there with, \"You had me at hello.\" Wonder what will transpire when Hermione and Marcus go dancing?

So...where to begin? You\'re brilliant! So I left off a few chapters ago. I must say, it was impressive the Severus could sit and drink with Marcus and not kill him. But Marcus knew how Severus felt! hermione...*shakes head* oh poor-can\'t-hold-her-wine-Hermione. Now she has really done it. I know I am all over the place. I just read like...5 chapters at once. That was nice. But Severus\' thoughts as he spoke to and after speaking with hermione were breathtaking. Wonderful insight on his and Hermione\'s thoughts on marriage. It does infact, answer what small questions plagued me. Most omen, maybe not Hermione, but most think of marriage at some point. She really hasn\'t, has she? Well...Now...that stupid-can\'t hold-her-wine-and-I-have-to-dance-with-dragon-boy-and-I-think-he\'s-Severus girl is busted....ohhhh I can\'t wait! *does a happy dance for I know Severus is gonna open a can of Whoop-ass on Marcus*

Ch 19 - Mathias better not tell Marcus who he bet on! I wonder if those three Muggle women will still want Marcus now.... sigh.... VERY glad that Hermione didn\'t run in fear, the way she did in her dream. And how will Marcus react - with respect to Severus, or will he just leave? Will Hermione still want to be Marcus\' friend? Could go either way. Thanks for posting! Great fight.
