I just found this story.. though I kind of remember something like this, so I may have read the first chapter and forgotten.. anyways, I love it so far and look forward to your next update!

i just wanted to say that despite it's much used topic, i find you story to be well written and refreshing. a fic can be the most original thing you've ever read and still be written so poorly that it's terrible. i like this a lot. i felt that the characterizations were well done and accurate. you gave enough information in the clever flashbacks. i especially like the realistic conversations. my favorite so far is the chess game between harry and dumbledore. at first i thought you were going to portray dumbledore as a manipulative bastard who doesn't care about harry's safety. i'm glad you didn't go that route. so few people embrace the affection dumbledore truly feels for harry. i also like that you're not trio bashing just because harry has befriended the malfoys. draco's honest assessment of hermione and ron's reaction to harry's secret was just that, an honest assessment. what harry feels, it doesn't mean he no longer cares for his friends or that they no longer care for him. all friendships have weaknesses and i think you've betrayed that accurately and with heart. anyway, as i said, this is well done and i hope you plan on updating frequently. vanteera stories are my favorite creature fics and i'd hate to get addicted and then have you lose interest. keep up the good work.

Okaaay. Um, good story and all, but the last part of chapter two made absolutely --no-- sense. At all. Which kinda wreck the 'oh, this is really good...' thing I had going. ^^0 Um, did you accidentally cut out the middle? What in the heck's going on?? I'd really appriciate an explanation...so yeah, thanks in advance. ^^0
