Oh! That was sad. Poor Harry. I wonder who it was.....

This was just beautifully sad and emotional and I think it was made better by the fact that you never actually came out and said who it was that 'He' was, more cleanly emotional, not influenced so much by preconceived notions. I personally was thinking of Severus as I read. When I first started I thought maybe Draco, but only for about a paragraph.

For those of you who desperately want to know who I had in mind when I wrote this:

I was thinking of either Severus Snape or Remus Lupin, but Snape more so. However, the point of this story was to leave Him open to interpretation, so that you, the reader, could plant whomever you want in there. With the sixth book out, you could even stick Dumbledore in there if you swing that way *shudders*

Sad. I saw Severus as Him, but can imagine Lucius too... Nice work.
