Not a bad start, but it seems rushed. Also, you desperately need an editor. Please find an editor, have the existing chapters edited, then repost them. Hopefully, by going over the changes/corrections the editor makes, you can improve your writing.

Decent writing, the smut needs to be longer though and more descriptive, same with the torture seens (have more gore, detail how harry rips peoples organs out, etc) and it will be great.
