i was previously under the misconception that i had already reviewed your story. it appears as though i have not. so...
your story is incredible. i always love a story where severus starts out being a complete dick, as usual. i tend to stray when the stories don\'t turn to true love and romance and quasi-mushy!severus and all that rubbish. HOWEVER, you write incredibly, your characterisation is fabulous and very much on target, and there is promise of good, old-fashioned, rough shagging ahead.
so. you rock. the story rocks. go you! WOO HOO! :)

TONIGHT! TONIGHT! TONIGHT! Do not make us wait! We\'ve waited long enough! (sorry, but that letter of dear, DEAR Severus\' gave me chills.) You don\'t know how upset I was getting reading this chapter. All sexual frustration and tension and what-not, building up to the big climax (pun TOTALLY intended) and then we slow down quite a bit to examine Hermione\'s intentions and thought process. NOOOOOO! Now, gentle author, write this day down. This is the first, last and only time I will ever say this. For the love of all that is holy and quite a few things that are not: SKIP THE PLOT AND BRING ME SMUT! Seriously, I usually by-pass PWP, but the tension is too much for even me to take any longer! I\'m going cross-eyed from trying to imagine what your creative little mind will be gifting us with. Wouldn\'t that be a treat for my optometrist! \'I don\'t need glasses, doctor, I just need Ms_Figg to write the smut already!\'

Okay now, I hope this review can be the one to sway you to release chapter 8 early, and to release we {cough me}, the desperate reader[s] of our need for smut. Pretty please?

Ms_Figg, Sugar. the tobacco companies of this great nation shall shortly be sending you many, many thank-you letters. After reading chapters 8 and 9, wiping the drool from my face and shifting uncomfortably in my chair more times than I care to relate, I feel the need for some sort of post-coital vice. Alas, smoking seems to not be my particular cup of tea, I wonder if they still make those candy cigarettes (we used to use them in elementary school. thought they made us look cool. I was such a dork!)

More seriously now, that was awesome. that was incredibly great. that was sooooo worth the wait, (even though you are such a treasure and didn\'t make us wait. thank you! thank you! thank you!) Honestly, that was brilliant. I loved Hermione\'s brains are sexy comment. such a Hermione thing to do. Also, thank you for not making dear Severus a complete fluff-ball. He\'s a snarky so-and-so and we love him that way, dang it! Have I mentioned that this was stunning yet?

Now, you just take your time writing another chapter. Absolutely no pressure from my quarter. You\'ve left plenty of reading material. I can read over and over and over and over. and over and over and over. and then maybe one more time for good measure. or two.

Can\'t wait to see what other stories you wish to put to the masses! Taa!

Wow!!! That was an awesome chapter. I can\'t wait for more!! I love the dialogue that you give Severus it is different, more real, than many other stories that I have read.

That\'s it, I am absolutely done asking for anything storywise from you - I know when to trust a master ;) I love your story!

Your Snape has an interesting blend of brutality and sweetness...the sharp edginess taking precedence. I\'m relieved Hermione is now asserting herself...you had me worried. A very hot chapter.
