I have read similar fanfics, but yours is still different and doesn\'t seem as a repeat. I like how you have basilks as peacekeepers, not just killers. also, you are taking your time with harry when he is still young, not rushing to the time he is old enough to finish the story. I like that, because some just skip so much time and events that could happen. I like how you have more background.

I like it, it\'s very different. Those do seem like the thoughts of an ancient Basilisk. The basilisk herself seems like a favorite grandmother/aunt figure. I assume that will change as she will be taking care of Harry. Harry acts like a proper four year old, which is good because people usually make children too smart or too stupid, but you\'ve seemed to capture the perfect age mentallity. The Dursleys act just as I would expect them too, the scene of foring Harry to cook almst seems like it could come out of the real book. So bravo and I can\'t wait for more.
