God thats a f-ed up story you cant leave it thair use a time turner and get her to go back before it all and have them this story is hard to read it was crazy

I certainly hope that you will be able to write a sequel or at least add an Epilogue to let us know what happened to Severus and if Hermione was able to get him out and what did she do with her immortality. Perhaps she could give some of her blood to Severus once she testifies that it was all a lie to get Harry to like her or something like that. And then they could be if not all immortal at least live even a bit longer by perhaps a few hundred years more than even witches and wizards. (you could say that the two curses affected the potion somewhat but still allowed it to lenghten their lives. But first she has to get him out of prison. Let me know what you think. You have to write a sequel I have to know how you would end this. Hopefully with Snape being released and also taking a potion so they can spend eternity together. I'm a sap for happy endings. *grins*
