oh hun! You are by no means an unworthy writer. I love the story and many people do. Unfortunately whenever you offer anything to the masses you inevitably get someone who dislikes it in some way. Don\'t let them get you down...always focus on the positive feedback and only take the negative comments with a grain of salt. I still love ya :O) lol

Great job on the story... didn\'t exactly love the rape part if you know what I mean but besides that its fantastic. Kudos to the beta as well, great job. Love the plot and can\'t wait for the end... really I mean it, hurry up and finish... oh btw great idea bout the band... very interesting...

When I refreshed the page and saw that Close Enough had 68 chapters, I literally panicked, then remembered that I thankfully saved all the chapters in a word document (I hope you don\'t mind. Not like I\'m going to be posting it around and claiming it as my own, I assure you), and then I went and saw your note. And then I was angry.
Don\'t be a bloody fool!
You\'ve written a great story and I thought that by now you, the author, would know better. After exploring human emotions, actions and reactions, how could you let yourself be defeated by just a few comments? Out of this many? Have the rest of us said anything? Are you vying for universal popularity here or what? Haven written THIS particular story, how do you...? *sighs* You have the right to say certain things and you know that. I know you know where the line is and you know that too. Although that first reaction in question to a bad review was also playing it for more than its worth, in my opinion, but would bring no more than a rolling eye or a sigh from me, not my screaming bloody murder. Sour reviews certainly aren\'t worth the melodrama. If you had transgressed this line a LOT more people would be yelling at you. Well, I\'m yelling at you right now I suppose but for a different reason. No self-respect, that\'s what. Yes, I do have a habit of yelling at the downtrodden. It works if they deserve to be revived to the world of the living. Do you? That\'s really up to you. ...Although I\'d like it if you decided in the positive because your writing really has improved and we could always use good writers in the fandom.
I was actually going to add another comment to the reviews for a different reason before I read your little note. I was reading a transcript of an interview with J.K. Rowling that had taken place last month and there was a response in it that immediately made me think of this fic and Harry when I read it.

I thought the story was going just great until I got the the sixty-fifth chapter and read the authors note swearing at us readers. If someone disagrees with your writing and you don\'t see it the same way for goodness sakes ignore it. To be abusive because someone is being foolish is a true showing of \"Loss of grace\". That term is one in which I describe of myself or others who act in a disgraceful matter. I find that most times when we get to that place we look and sound much worse than the offending person or event. I have promaised myself the indulgence of putting your name on my list to make sure that I advoid any and all of your further works. And I will tell you this in no uncertain terms I am not your minion, and I am not in any fan club just because I like to read fanfiction. I am an individual with my own problems and life and I look forward to my fanfics to escape the world of realism, my alternative to drugs. Thanks to you I have to come here and find people talking to one another along the same lines as roadrage! Sanction this area for enjoyment instead of your temper tantrums we are not here for your use. If you want favorable reviews then read them, ignore the others, look for the positiveness in life and starve the negitive to death.
