hmmm, not sure if i can forgive you for how long that took.... oh, alright. because you updated i forgive you! i luuuuurve this story... i check to see if its updated pretty much every time im on the net... good chappie, heh heh heh, poor harry, what with the enraged severus and all... UPDATE??!!

Well, it's an interesting story. (Similar in some ways to Paws in the Night, but no plagiarism that I can see, so good on you.)

However:

It's contradictory. In chapter one, Ron calls Harry "the boy who defeated you know who." In this chapter, Harry is worried that Lucius will turn him over to Voldemort.

And the presents. Why would Lucius receive anything from Dumbledore, head of the light, Remus, a known werewolf, and Sirius, Harry's godfather? And if Harry defeated Voldemort in chapter one, how can he receive a present from the dark lord in chapter two? (Unless there's a new dark lord?)

Perhaps the next chapters will make more sense. Perhaps a beta will help to see these plot holes?
