Yay, another chapter. I particularly like the little dip into Hermoine\'s mind, morbidly curious as I am about the horrors that have led her to this mindset. Awesome work.

Ch 7 - thanks for the new chapter! It makes sense that she feels safer on the floor. I wa afraid he\'d have to put her on a floormat to sleep, but the campbed sounds great. I wonder if he can teach her to use a Pensieve so he can see who the Death Eaters were who tortured her. Was Macnair the one who killed small animals? If she can eat Yorkshire pudding, perhaps eggs could be on the diet next. Umm, you\'re not still going to bring Umbridge in, are you? Eeks! Hermione needs something else familiar, like helping him put away potions ingredients - that could remind her of her past. Looking forward to the next update!

I\'m enjoying the pace of your story. Poor Severus, I can only imagine his asperity at having someone so dependent upon him. Hermione\'s reassurtion of character is coming along slowly but nicely. Thank you for sharing with us...update soon please.

Not kidding when you said this was dark. It\'s a riveting read though and I\'m particularly enjoying your characterisation of Snape. Hope you write more soon.

Ch 6 - well, I\'m guessing that scream is Hermione waking up in a strange place and not knowing where she is, panicking because Severus isn\'t there, and afraid she\'ll be punished for being on the furniture. Poor Severus with the bra-shopping - he\'ll be going through a lot of sizes! That\'s so sad about Severus not getting the bed he wanted - I hope he gets it by the end of this story. Thanks for the new chapter!!
