Um... I'm confused: You have Ron dating Padma Patill but then saying that she's talking about him in the dorms where Hermione can hear and that she's not bright... but Padma is a Ravenclaw. Since she was talking to Parvati in the dorms should we conclude you meant Lavender Brown?
Otherwise I really like how this has started out. While I like Draco-turning-a-new-leaf stories, Draco seeing Purebloods as being above bowing to a Half-Blood makes so much sense.

This is a fabulous story! The characters seem very much themselves, instead of the normal "oh draco suddently notices hermione and falls in love all in one chapter". Fantastic!

I was so shocked when I saw this story on the list! I'm so glad you updated! Observations of a Pure Blood Debutant, Obscurity, and Jealousy are three of my favorite stories. I have reread them all a few times even though the two weren't finished.
And I think it was a lovely chapter. I didn't see any mistakes and I thought the flow was good. I'm not sure what you were worried about, but I do hope you will update again soon!

So, Draco and Hermione are about the only M/F pairing I actually like, and I've seen a lot of different ways/reasons for them to end up together, but i have to say this is actually one of the most plausible so far. Totally awesome. I really like this story so far and can't wait to see where it goes. :D

This is absolutely brilliant, I can't believe I've never stumbled on this fic earlier! I really love the way you've captured all the unique characteristics of each character, especially Draco. Please continue with this fic, it's far too good to be left incomplete, plus, all this UST is driving me nuts, lol. You've got another loyal reader eagerly awaiting the next chapter! :)

Oh! I really hope you update soon, I'm absolutely dying to see what happens next with those two. I love that you didn't tone down Hermione's fire or Draco's deviousness, unlike most who pair the two of them. All I can say is More! More! More!
