Harry shouldn't be is any relationship, with ginny, Draco or another until he has sorted out his feelings about himself and live on his own without being controlled. firstly he was controlled by the Dursleys, then Dumbledore, then the order, Ron and Hermione maybe his friends but they also were a tool to control where he went, what he did, who he was friends with etc. Ginny was also "the pureblood, light, acceptable girlfriend"! Whenever did he actually make is own choices and decisions? Not mentally healthy at all!
