Can\'t wait for chapter 2 but I know how you feel. I\'ve got a 12 yr old and a 9 yr old. Those stages are becoming more frequent. *sigh*

I don\'t know how I missed this fic, but now that I\'ve read through the prologue, I\'m very interested. You have a nice writing style, though some of the sentences seem to be run-on. Butwhatever. Keep up the good work! :)

I firmly believe that you really don\'t even need a beta. It\'s been far, far too long since I\'ve last read something written with such skill and beautiful use of the language.
This introductory chapter is wonderfully played out. You haven\'t really given us all that much detail so I won\'t go to too great depths, but the way you\'ve already build up the story is more than enough to arouse my curiosity. I can definitely say that I will make a point about reading more of this fantastic tale as soon as you decide to grace us with it.

It sounds interesting, but the bet thing is what will really set the story, seeing as it is centered on this, correct? If not then I must have misread something. BUt hopefully it will prove to be great.
