::shiver:: this chapter really freaked me out... but I still loved it. Gosh! Snape is such a freak... x_0 Can't say I approve of what he does with the elves. And what's with the Ron dream?? That really scared me... I hope it's not a premonition, because he's one of my favorite characters ::sobs:: Don't kill Ron please!

Of course the chapter made sense! Nice laugh over Dudley getting laid. The battle is joined. I'm sorry that Snape has turned out to be such a bast***. I'm very dissappointed as I'm a big Snape fan, but you said he's trying to get rid of all Dark Lords. Does he know he's about to free the mother of all Dark Lords???? The battle will be messy, the outcome has now become questionable with the traitor Snape in the mix to balance your supper strong Harry, and the story is uncomfortably exciting. All in all, I'd say you were doing a bang-up job!!!!

And so it's begun. As much as I knew this day, this moment, would come; I'm ill prepared.
My stomach is in knots, as I type this, Petalsoft!

I gasped, I shouted, I laughed, I cried! I did it all during this chapter!
I can't believe what I'm about to read! How are you going to do this, Petalsoft?! What are you going to write?!
I'll be damned if you don't have me reacting the exact same way as I reacted at the end of Book 6! And that speaks volumes!

Marlston village?! The scene of the battle?! Never expected that!
And I never thought I'd see the day when I actually liked Lucius. He's loyally devoted to Harry, and I love him for it. And Snape, Snape, what are you up to??!!
For the life of me, I can't figure out what that memory globe is for! (Please let Lucius warn, Harry! Please, Petalsoft!)
Earlier, when you hinted that Dudley could lose his virginity - blegh! Yet it was wonderfully done! I loved Harry's reaction.
And I'm asking myself, "What will Ron *DO*?" Not, "What will *happen* to him?"
Not to mention, Meri being Tom Riddle's mother; I thought as much, based on Morgana's question to Hermione. But when you stated that you'd changed the name, BINGO! Meriope! That NEVER crossed my mind before!

Oh, Petalsfoft! Hermione weeping for her people; Harry holding her. Kissing her. The three coming together...
I cried, Petalsoft! Damn, you! I CRIED!!
I was terrified for Meri, yet I remembered you telling me, at your live journal, that she'd be around at the end.
But the people! The people of Marlston! I can almost FEEL what Hermione's going through!
What have you reduced me to?! What have you done to me??!!

*SIGH* May I digress, and express myself musically? It's played an important role, for me, throughout this story.
I remember when they made their way through the magical portal, and saw the immaculate gardens, sparkling fountains, and bowing statues, for the first time; I just kept hearing Camille Saint-Saen's "Aquarium". And as Marlston village came into view, I heard Alexandre Desplat's, "Birth Waltz" (from the Birth sountrack).
That song is Marlston's anthem, without a doubt!
When I first discovered this story, this particular song made it's mark, but it became Dark! Harry's anthem: John Murphy's "Frank's Death/Soldiers Requiem in D Minor". That song screams Dark! Harry to me! Yet, Harry, being a complex individual, has yet another: Erik Satie's "Gymnopedie No. 1". There's a certain innocence about that piece. And that's what Harry is to me, when he's - "just Harry". Innocence.
There are times when I see him, deep in thought, with a touch of sadness; thinking of loved ones lost, and the burdens he must bear, while I listen to it.
On the other hand, Mozart's "Symphony No. 25 in G Minor", reminds me of Draco; being the aristocratic wizard that he is, while Lenny Kravitz's "Lady", is Hermione's song. Every word within that song seems to sum up how the boys feel about Hermione.
Their words exactly.
And don't ask me why, but Bond's "Wintersun", is the Triad's anthem.
"Carmina Burana" is playing in my head at the moment. It's the battle cry that started once the Death Eaters apparated? into Marlston village.
*sigh* "A Change Is Gonna Come", by Sam Cooke; I can just hear that song, as Harry looks up those stairs, writes on that piece of parchment, then goes outside to face his destiny. And that sentence, those words: "Soon he would live or he would die". *I'm getting choked up.*

5o Cent's "What Up Gangsta", brings Snape to mind these days.

I can just picture the final battle. It's all in black & white, except the curses flying from the wands, some blood here and there, Harry's eyes (when they're green), and Voldie's teeth.
And Voldemort in the throes of death to John Williams' "Patronus Light"....
I can just see Harry, [the Triad], finishing him off to that music.
The post-war music is another piece by Alexandre Desplat, called "The Wedding". It sounds like grieving and coping with great loss.
Soon afterwards, I see Draco serenading the hell out of Harry and Hermione with Lenny Williams' "Cause I Love You". The heartfelt passion of that song, seems to be how grateful Draco feels, to have found such love. Oh, I can just hear the monologue in that song, as Draco pours his heart out! Talking of things past and present. Good and bad. And after all that they've been through, Louis Armstrong's "What a Wonderful World", plays, as they dance in the sky, and fly off into the sunset. ( All courtesy of Harry's powers, mind you.) Their world *would* be wonderful with Voldemort gone.

With all that being said, this will be my final review until the end of your story, Goddess. Any questions or comments I have will be made at your live journal.
Yeah, I'm going to sit back and enjoy the ride.

I bow at your feet, as you sit upon your throne; the undisputed ruler of HP fanfiction.
You're without a doubt, Queen, and this fandom is your Kingdom.

Happy writing, to you, my Queen! I'll meet you on the other side!
Death to Voldemort! Long live the Triad!

I am sorry I have not had the chance to send a review until now. I just wanted to say that I have read your story since you first started posting it on AFF and I think it is one of the best stories I have ever read on this site, or on any other site for that matter. It is well written and has a great plot. I just hope that you don't plan to stop any time soon. I look forward to your next chapter.

All right then. I think Meri is Voldys mother. I think Ron is figurativly going to loose his head by losing control of a situation thereby endangering his life. And I hope Snape doesn't set Merlin free, hope Lucius warns Harry in time...

Ah, things are really heating up. There is so much happening in little mini-plotlines. I am totally looking forward to the next chapter.

Your total number of hits is quite remarkable.
