Loved it completely!

I have just spent the last five nights reading your incredible story! I have to say that I am so glad that I found it after it had been completed, because I honestly don't think I could have had the patience to read it chapter by chapter as you wrote it. I think I would have been as desperate as our beloved triad were for each other, to get my hands on it, that I might not have been able to be held responsible for my actions [lol]

I have been in various fan-fic communities since I was a teenager (I'm now 40) and therefore have read MANY pieces of work, and I have to say that without question this is one of the best stories I have ever read! Not only was it beautifully erotic and downright dirty in places, it was also hugely entertaining by way of high drama, comedy, suspense, horror and not forgetting heartfelt romance. I found myself completely captivated by your world and could not tear myself from it. It is truly one of the best thought out pieces of work I have read in a VERY long time and it can only rival, in my opinion, the work of Helmboy a Star Trek: Voyager author whose Travelling Man series of stories were up to now completely unparalleled for their intricacy, vision, writing and overall storytelling. You, my dear, have matched it in every way and I shall be sure to sing your praises far and wide.

There really is so much I can say about this story that I don't know where to begin [lol] Okay, let me try...

I absolutely adored your characterisation. Even when the characters, particularly Hermione, were acting OOC the writing was so well done that you could forgive them for behaving in the manner that they were. When the story settled more into its rhythm and pattern, it was easier to see Harry, Hermione and Draco behaving as they were, especially as the influences on their lives, Harry being a Dark Lord and Hermione the final heir of Marlstone, and being in the places and situations they were, Marlstone Manor being the ultimate catalyst, that their behaviour would change and their darker and more hedonistic sides would be let loose. It was great to see this as it's a pretty big departure from J.K's originals. Yes, there were times throughout the books that there was a slightly darker side to our protagonists, but for the most part she kept it tightly reigned in, whereas you let them play...big time!! [lol]

I also loved the backstory that you gave each of the characters, those we know well, those we know a little of and also your own original characters, all of whom I loved! Marlstone Manor is an incredible place and the great details you gave about it only served to make the place more alluring and believable. As for the story of Merlin, Mordred, the first Marlstone's and the "triad" relationship, it was a stroke of genius and pulled everything together so perfectly that once you started reading you just HAD to finish so as you could know all the wonderfully and deliciously twisted secrets!!

I can say there are times in reading this story I have laughed out loud (frightening my poor cats and having them look at me like I'm a mad woman!) been so tense I could feel my jaws clenching, and points where I was so thoroughly turned on that my eyes were crossing!! Seldom can a professional writer manage to pull those feelings from me, so you should be extremely proud that you have written such a high standard piece of work.

So, I've read this story before (twice before, actually lol) but it was a while ago. I recently wanted to read it again, so I've been looking on just about every site I could think of reading snippets of stories that sounded anything like what I could remember from this one in my desperation to find it again. I ever resorted to googling it! Regardless, I FINALLY found it again and I just wanted to say that while this may have started out as a small story, I'm so glad it turned into something much more. This is one of my very favorite fanfics, and one of the best I've ever read as well. I've never actually reviewed a story on aff.net, but I just wanted to convey how much I love this piece of writing.

Can I just say, thank you for not stopping this at chapter 8?! I know you were done with the challenge, have been fine with this fic forever, and may not even read these anymore, but the peach scene has been stuck in my head for days lol. Wish my past boyfriends had read this!!

As for the teen epolouge id love to know wbho the next marlston gaurdian is and if it was always the women maybe lilly falling madly in love with two blokes and scorps two potential lovers...

So much smut and a plot im deathly in love with this and being bisexumal myself that last scene ;)mmmm

Okay I absolutely loved this fanfic this is amazing and because I have no idea when this was posted I'm not sure you'll get this but if you do this was amazing and the continuations mentioned at the end of the epilogue sound fantastic and if they aren't already posted I can't wait k bye and loved this story sooooo much❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

It's a great (and rare) story with both plots and many lemons, many of which fit nicely with the plot.

One thing that got left unanswered is why Voldermot want to re-enter Marlston's home.

I was expecting Harry (or Triad) would grow darker and be pulled back. I feel such subplot will add to the characters, if you choose to revise the story.

Read this ages ago while you were still writing it and loved it. On returning I still enjoy it but there seems to be alot more SMUT then I remember,lol. Maybe its because I was 17 when I first read it i didn't realize that about 30% of this fic is just porn,haha. On teh 2nd time reading it I just skipped most of the sex scenes and it was still a pretty good read. I like that you still made it a readable and enjoyable story with plot even though there was so much porn. I would like to mention 2 points that annoyed me a bit though. the first was the scene with the tattoo artist. I realize that this is fantasy fanfic but when theres a guy with a super sharp needle putting dark magic ink under my skin I would prefer for him not to be distracted by anything. I'm not sure I would want a 1 years olds rendering of a snake for ever on my skin. Plus the time it took him to make a tattoo seemed to be incredibly fast.Did he not do any sort of detail? Normal tattoos with detail can take 2-3 hours!ummm...and my other point was about the painting Hermione talked about making with the big bed to hang in the hall of portraits. I found that incredibly cheap :/ I mean her ancestors are going to visit that painting when they are older! Her children! and they will see all the noble ansestors and when they get to their mothers there will just be a giant bed with moving draperys. eeeew. I mean why don't they get one done for a private room somewhere but not teh hall of portraits...

This was an AMAZING story! I loved every word!

And YES PLEASE! Write another story with Lily and Scorpius. It'd be cool if they got together with Hugo and Rose Weasley (Ron and Lavender's kids).
