It took me two days to get through this and another two to re-read it. It was wonderfully done and in my opinion incredibly spellbinding. I wish there were more stories out there with the creativity that you have put into this one.
I have only recently been interested in the HP world of fanfiction and only after reading Book #6. I was horrified that Dumbledore had died, but mostly I was horrified at the idea that Draco was involved. I realized the only place I would find the ending I wanted was here, among the fans. Of course, I should have know that to begin with. It's the only way I could get a happy ending for Spike/Buffy, also. With HP I was only reading Hr/DM, maybe with a little Blaise or even Snape thrown in. Not to mention finding one that is well written is sometimes like finding a needle in a haystack.
Now, everything has changed. I clicked onto this one story and my whole perspective is thrown out of whack. I now need Harry, Hermione and Draco to make me happy. You have made me see the light in this particular Triad and I praise you for it. You're writing, as well as you're plot, are utterly brilliant. I hope to see more of it in the future, but for now I can only thank you. You have opened my eyes to what is hopefully a new turn in the life of fanfiction.

this story was absolutely brilliant. A few other fictions involving them would be delicious, if i do say so myself. Especially if it involves their children.

Okay, I have been reading this fic for a few days from the begining and I thought I could wait until I was caught up to review it but I can't wait any longer. This is one of those stories that you have to tear yourself away from to take care of just the absolute minimum amount of everyday resposibilites. I rush through chores and stuff like my ass is on fire so I can park it right back in front of the monitor to continue reading. This thing has sucked me in and won't let go. I have enjoyed every last second of reading it and now as I sit here about to read the battle sequences I feel ridiculous because I am a nervous wreck! Its just that good of a fic and I couldn't wait any longer to tell you that. Well, that I and I am trying to delay the inevitable nail biting and sitting on the edge of my seat while the battles take place. My kids have learned not to try and talk to me while I am reading this because they are in serious danger of having their heads bitten off for interupting me. They actually have the nerve to expect to be fed and driven to and from school! LOL I am looking forward to reading more but I really wanted to take the time to tell you how great this fic is and to say thanks for sharing it. Jaimie

hey great story, so far (am at chap 49) i'm going to read through the whole story, but i thought this time i have to leave a comment bevore i forget what i want to say: the airmail thing was bloody fantastic! not only the airmail of course, but everything, only that the airmail made me lough very hard...
i'm enjoying the story very much, though i'm reading the transation of minnie too... it's rather amazing reading in english, but it's less stressful in your own mothertounge...
i'm going back to the story now...

I was reading chapter 6 (pleasure lessons) of 'What A Witch Needs' and trust me, it's a good chapter of a good story. But question: How could Draco have heard Harry whining to the Sorting Hat if M (Malfoy) comes before P (Potter) and students are sorted alphabetacally? Draco was already at the Slytherin table by the time Harry was talking to the Sorting Hat.
Just thought I'd mention that, but it is a great story oversights aside.

I must confess I was underage when I started reading the story but on my fathers 44th birthday he gave me what was either a 'Dirty Mother'or a 'White Russian' in my hand and read this I polished off the entire bottle of Vodka in in one night of reading.(I admit freely that I am only 16 since I only felt compelled to type this becuase of how good the story was and I could care less if I get kicked off). It is the single handed best fan fic I have ever read. I must admit that at first I thought 'This person needs a life' But after chapter 1 I got hooked and spent the better part of a week reading all these awsome chapters attempting to hide it from my sister's prying eyes. *Eyes swell with tears* It was so worth reading. By the way, awhile back in the story you said that you hate reading your own lemons. I have the same problem. In short I can some this up in one word,
BRAVO!
BRAVO!
