Hmm.... nice to see a different twist on this tale. I like the Rochester/Phantom twist, too. Look forward to the rest of this. Do keep writing. It\'s enjoyable to read.

What a great chapter! Full of sadness and great hope both for Hermione and for Charlie. I hope that by helping the girl get away from Crabbe and helping to find a mediwitch that Chalie will find happiness.

Wow! I am really loving the way this is heading. This is a very refreshing take on the MLC. I like seeing them as adults, understanding that though it may be misguided, the Ministry may have a point. I am also really really enjoying that some of the other Weasleys are getting some attention! I am looking forward to the HG/SS plot progressing, but I confess I am just as eager for you to continue to develop things for Charlie. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to see George and Fred similarly involved!!!! (please???)

Keep up the good work!!! Update soon and often :-)

Just found your story. :) *Really* love it. A new and intriguing take on the Marriage Law Challenge. :) Good to see that there\'s more than just Hermione and Snape going on in this story. Interesting that you have Snape disfigured. I\'m curious as to how he escaped with Hermione and her parents that night. :) Looking forward to more when you can; your chapters are longer than average, though, so I\'ll do my best to be patient. ;) lol. Please keep up the good work!

I\'ve always had a soft spot for Charlie. Thanks for giving him some dignity and acknowledging his intelligence.

Wonderful Story.

This is not going to be as long a review as it should be, but you are doing a kick-ass job on this challange. I should know, I have read about a ga-gillion of them. LOL. That said, you have not made all Weaslys assholes AND have given them a unique prominance in the story. Aside from that aspect, Hermione is not a 6th or 7th year with no choice, but a grown woman with thoughts of her own. The law sucks and the challenge has been overdone(although still fun in my oh so humble opinion), but this is a bit fresh. Keep going. Screw all the Malfoys in your Universe and make the Weaslys not so sucky. I like where you are going and it has an adult aspect that so many fan fics are lacking lately. Thank you for the read. :)

Well, first of all my personal opinion of the CHALLENGE (and just the challenge!!!) equals the disgust I might feel while being forced to drink zebra urine. I hate to let my imagination fly into a version of HP, where the ministry applies methods to Muggle-borns similar to those humiliating ones Voldemort used, regarding the disrespect for them and neglection of their free will, even if the wizarding world is nearing extinction. (I just came to the conclusion that this really makes it a challenge, an apparently difficult one as well)
The fact that, unfortunately, I\'m aware of sometimes prejudicing Marriage Law Challenge stories just because of the challenge (in this case I won\'t review ;) ) definitely shows the quality of your story, because YOU got me on the hook somewhere in the middle of Chapter One. This really is significant, most of the Marriage Law Challenge stories are just put aside by me, not because of their lack for quality, just because I dislike the challenge. (I promise to be more considerant in the future) Indeed, your story makes me crave for more, makes me REALLY think about what could happen after numerous new witches and wizards have been born as a result to the law. I consider the CHALLENGE (and once again-just the challenge) as some kind of \"plot killer\" because everytime I tried to read (or write) a Marriage Law Challenge story I couldn\'t even imagine a happy future for the lot. Your story is quite the opposite, maybe because of the situation that aside from the law and even with the law in mind I can imagine a really happy future. Possibly because there are other concerns to be dealt with. (Severus\' face, Hermione\'s rape in the past)
The secondary plot (Charlie, the twins etc.) makes it even more comforting to read. It\'s just charming and I\'m already dying to read about Harry dealing with those flirtatious 7th-years.

Very good, I even would say Outstanding.

(I hope that I didn\'t build in some confusing part which might come off as some kind of offense. If there\'s something that sounds bad regarding your story it\'s due to a certain difficulty with English, as it is not my native language)
